Does PrintBridge work on mobile?
CMI Bridge is a webapp, any modern mobile device with access to an internet browser will have access.
Is my data isolated from other businesses?
Absolutely. CMI Bridge is multi-tenant by design. Every shop has its own isolated data space. Your jobs, clients, and invoices are never accessible to another tenant, even if they share the same platform.
Can I invite suppliers to see relevant jobs?
Yes. The Supplier Portal gives external suppliers a read-only login where they can only see jobs and materials assigned to them. You control access and can revoke it at any time from the admin panel.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access on any plan — no credit card required to start. At the end of the trial you choose a plan and enter your billing details. Your data carries over seamlessly. If you decide not to continue, your data is exported and deleted on request.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Unused credit is applied to future invoices.
What kind of support is included?
Starter and Professional plans include email support with a 1-business-day response. Enterprise plans include priority support and a dedicated onboarding session with the CMI Bridge team.
